Over more than three decades in financial services, Jason has led businesses at CEO and COO level across the UK, Europe, the Middle East, and offshore jurisdictions — building the kind of operational depth that translates directly into how TrustPadel is being built: methodical, commercial, and built to last.

Alongside his executive career, Jason has founded, invested in, and advised multiple technology businesses — bringing that operator + founder combination to the challenge of scaling a global consumer-and-industry platform in one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.

Jason's vision for TrustPadel is to become the trusted digital home of padel worldwide — the platform players use to find courts and communities, the infrastructure clubs use to grow, and the reference layer the whole industry can build on. That means the same rigour on data quality, brand, and partnerships that he's brought to every venture before this one.
