Acerca de
Nestled within an active working farm in the picturesque village of Hatfield Broad Oak, Town Farm Padel offers a one-of-a-kind sporting experience where cutting-edge facilities meet the calm of the English countryside. Established by a group of passionate padel enthusiasts, the venue was created not only to introduce this fast-growing sport to a rural community but also to diversify the farm’s recreational offering, blending agricultural heritage with modern leisure.
From the outset, the founders have embraced values of accessibility, inclusion, and wellness through sport. Their vision is to make padel a welcoming activity for all ages and abilities—whether you’re a complete beginner, a family looking for a fun new hobby, or an experienced competitor in search of high-quality play. By situating a purpose-built indoor panoramic glass court on farmland, the club creates a striking contrast: the elegance of contemporary padel infrastructure framed by rolling fields, rustic charm, and the gentle pace of village life.
This unique setting has quickly become a talking point in the local community. The indoor design ensures year-round play, protected from the elements, while the farm’s open surroundings give visitors a relaxed, stress-free environment. Early feedback has highlighted the quality of facilities, the warm welcome from the team, and the social opportunities the venue provides—from casual Pay & Play sessions to structured coaching, social matchplay, and small tournaments designed to bring players together.
Beyond sport, Town Farm Padel also serves a wider community role. It acts as a gathering space where rural residents can connect, exercise, and share in the excitement of one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports. Its reputation continues to grow not only in Hatfield Broad Oak but also across Essex and Hertfordshire, attracting visitors curious to combine countryside escapes with padel play.
With its combination of modern sporting elegance, community spirit, and rural tranquillity, Town Farm Padel is steadily establishing itself as a hub where health, friendship, and recreation flourish side by side—bringing the global energy of padel to the heart of the English countryside.
