Padel Pass formed a strategic partnership with Harpenden Rugby Football Club (HRFC) to introduce padel as part of the club’s evolution beyond rugby. Padel Pass—founded by local entrepreneurs Jack Howe, Tom Howe, George Howe, and Alex March—aims to deliver “world-class courts with access for all.” HRFC, established in 1919 and a cornerstone of the community, welcomed padel to diversify its offerings and support wellbeing initiatives. The venue’s vision is to unite sport and local engagement by providing four canopy-covered courts, top-tier coaching, social matchplay, and community events. It appeals to families, beginners, and competitive players alike.
